Who is Florence Piers?

At the age of 16, Florence discovered yoga. Experiencing adolescence with some difficulties, yoga brought her a deep balance. "The practice allowed me to calm my anxieties and gave me the feeling of being purified from the inside" she confides.

Florence did not grow up in an environment favourable to alternative medicine and instead opted to study marketing when she left school. Once she graduated, her intuition led her to something else...

She decided to start an intensive three-year training in kinesiology. Kinesiology is an energetic guidance of the person that allows him to understand the origin of certain behaviours. At the end of this training, she combined her love of yoga with her new skills as a kinesiologist.

Florence's practice is deeply linked to sharing. She is passionate about the energetic and therapeutic approaches of yoga and kinesiology, which she loves to share.

Her goal is to help her students rediscover their infinite capacities and/or awaken them. In order to achieve this goal, it is the subtle fusion of the intensity and gentleness of yoga that drives her.
