Sosève is a harvester and distributor of birch sap from Belgium (Wallonia). Our sap is produced in an artisanal way in the respect of the tree and nature.
At Sosève we offer you to drink nature in all its purest form. The birch sap we distribute arrives in your glass as if it had been harvested directly from the tree. We do not add any preservatives, nitrogen or alcohol. It is not pasteurised or flash-pasteurised. Our birch water has no added sugar. It is 100% natural.
Sosève also offers a birch sap enriched with various bud extracts. This combination gives it a delicious vegetal taste and adds the benefits of each bud.
