To find out where to spend your next evening with friends, family or partner, we have prepared a list of our partner restaurants that offer organic and natural dishes. Some of them even have their own vegetable garden, yum!
#1 Bioloco
Dishes made from certified organic ingredients, that's what you get at Bioloco in Genval! A seasonal menu and a zero-waste philosophy, spend a delicious moment at Bioloco or go for the take away option and treat yourself at home.
The little extra: an all-you-can-eat organic and homemade brunch every Sunday. Don't forget to book!
#2 Les Terres d'Ici
Much more than a restaurant, Les Terres d'Ici is a place to (re)discover nature. A 3-in-1 project, in La Hulpe, including :
- A nursery: this is a place of inspiration and advice on garden design. Les Terres d'Ici selects its producers with the greatest care according to precise criteria of respect for biodiversity and the living world.
- Market garden production: following the principles of agro-ecology, the vegetables, flowers and herbs that you will have the pleasure of tasting in the restaurant are grown in the Terres d'Ici kitchen garden.
- A restaurant: original and seasonal preparations thanks to the short circuit (there is no such thing as a shorter circuit than your own vegetable garden!). Les Terres d'Ici is the promise of a unique evening.
The little extra: organise your child's birthday party with the help of Terres d'Ici's educational animators, as close to nature as possible.
#3 La Table de Froidmont
La Table de Froidmont in Rixensart not only has its own (educational and organic) restaurant, this social economy enterprise also has a vegetable garden and a training centre for job seekers.
The aim of the project: the socio-professional integration of unemployed adults. By eating at the Table de Froidmont, you taste dishes made from ingredients from the vegetable garden and you contribute to the professional project of their trainees.
The little extra: an organic brunch every Sunday, in the heart of the vegetable garden.
#4 Tero
In Bierges or in Brussels, the Tero restaurant promises simple and natural cuisine, punctuated by the seasonal vegetables from their farm. The idea is to share several small dishes in the "farm to table" style and simply enjoy yourself.
The market gardener and his team are developing a vegetable garden at the Rabanisse Farm according to the principles of organic farming. This allows them to control the origin, quality and taste, while favouring short circuits and local products.
The little extra: Tero regularly organises events related to health and well-being.
#5 Buls
Every day, a different and unique menu with a focus on freshness and balance. On the spot in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, or to take away, a successful lunch is guaranteed!
The little extra: a nice terrace to enjoy a lunch in the sun.
#6 Raw
The chefs of the Brut restaurant are great travellers and have brought back to Belgium what they have seen and tasted in the four corners of the world. At Brut in Ixelles you will find gastro, organic, local and gourmet food.
The products come from their permaculture garden, guaranteeing high quality. It's a surprising experience to try without further delay!
The little extra: Brut offers a home chef service.
